The database was established under the City Network Graz-Maribor project, which was co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund in the framework of cross-border Program Slovenia-Austria 2007-2013.
The main purpose of the online database, which is intended for municipalities, enterprises, business institutions, and individuals and which includes the extent of available business premises and properties in the Drava region, is to attract both domestic and foreign investors to the region. In addition, there is a collection of data on available commercial real estate on the website and information about the region, national legislation, administrative procedures for obtaining various administrative licenses and other useful information relating to buying or renting real estate. The main advantages of the platform are primarily promptness and transparency of data, broad availability, free use of the service for all providers and information seekers. The project also foresees studies, development plans and pilot to promote the development of further projects.
