Renting e-vehicles at the railway station in Maribor
At the main railway station in Maribor there is a public filling station for electric vehicles where electric vehicles may also be rented.
There has been a public filling station for electric vehicles at the main railway station in Maribor since March 2014, which was one of the measures to promote the use of public transport and environmentally-friendly vehicles. At the same time a pilot project for the joint use of electric vehicles (called car-sharing) was started, offering electric vehicles rental.
At the filling station there are two AEV electric cars available, which could be rented via telephone at the railway station, or in Tabor at the location of the Breath Institute, institute for sustainable mobility and friendly energies. Cars could be booked and rented also via a mobile app.
The cars can be rented for EUR 1.50 per hour and around EUR 0.15 per kilometre.
